What you will be doing: Manages multiple projects for multiple clients from concept to completion by anticipating challenges, troubleshooting problems, proposing solutions, offering client counsel, overseeing quality, and ensuring deadline and budget adherence. Ability to help develop communication programming and plans, implement integrated tactics, including virtual/on-ground media events, media briefings, media fam trips, KOL/influencer/advocacy programs and impart knowledge to junior account team members. Coach and mentor junior account team members. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to engage with external stakeholders. Strong research, writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to interact with clients professionally and maintain relationships with media members. Participate in new business pitches, including proposal development and research. What\'s required of you: A bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university. At least three years of relevant experience in Communications Marketing and/or related fields, including research, social media, management consulting, media or publishing. Fluent in spoken and written English. Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, fast changing environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong outcome-based, result-oriented mindset. Able to go beyond campaign planning and execution to manage stakeholder (internal and external). Proven ability to lead and manage multiple small or medium-d projects simultaneously. Analytical mindset with a curiosity to glean insights from data and translate into actionable plans. Creative flair and good eye for design and strong communications skills with an ability to mine compelling stories and content. Resourceful and has an affinity to challenge status quo and find solutions within constraints. Detail-oriented, self-motivated skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, including adaptability to fluid and last-minute changes. Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fast changing environment. Demonstrate understanding current market trends, specifically on beauty and fashion sectors. Deep knowledge and understanding of social media influencer space in Malaysia, specifically on beauty and lifestyle category.
