Requirements: A bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Management Information System, Information Technology, Finance or equivalent Minimum 3 years of work experience in deep functional operations within one or more Finance functions Proficiency with basic MS applications i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint Flexibility to undertake secondment at client\'s premise, and open to a contractual employment arrangement Experience working in a professional commercial environment or in the Oil & Gas industry (Upstream, Gas & New Energy, Downstream) Experience in SAP system implementation and business process transformation is an added advantage Experience in Power BI is an added advantage JOB PURPOSE Plan and execute the implementation, completion, accuracy and timely preparation of monthly and quarterly activities for performance reporting, budgeting, budgetary control, and compliance to applicable accounting standards, O&G CLIENT accounting policies and procedures, governance framework/Limits of Authority (LOA) and O&G CLIENT Group reporting requirements and other applicable regulatory requirements for the purpose of submission to Finance at Business for presentation to the management, [OPU] Leadership Team, and Board of Directors in order to ensure comprehensive, insightful and timely report for stakeholder\'s information and decision making. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 1) BUSINESS PLANS & BUDGET Plan and execute the development, implementation, consolidation and production of Annual Plans & Budget for [OPU] through effective monitoring of budgeting activities, analysing and providing insights based on submissions from stakeholders within O&G CLIENT as well as providing recommendations on budgeting exercise in order to provide realistic business financial targets through syndication with the businesses and ensure alignment with O&G CLIENT Group, [ BU ] Business Segment, [OPU] business strategies, objectives and operational plans for the purpose of deliberation and approval by management, [OPU] Leadership Team and Board of Directors, O&G CLIENT Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and O&G CLIENT Board of Directors and ensure good corporate governance are in place in accordance with O&G CLIENT accounting policy and procedures and Limits of Authority (LOA)/governance framework. 2) PERFORMANCE REPORTING Plan and execute the development, implementation and consolidation of [OPU] Financial and Operational data for Monthly and Quarterly Management Reports for effective performance reporting by providing insightful analysis on the financial performance and recommendations to the appropriate level of authority in collaboration with Finance at Business for subsequent deliberation by management, [OPU] Leadership Team and Board of Directors, O&G CLIENT Executive Leadership Team (ELT), O&G CLIENT Board, Audit Committee (BAC) and O&G CLIENT Board of Directors to ensure good corporate governance are in place in accordance with O&G CLIENT accounting policy and procedures and Limits of Authority (LOA)/governance framework. 3) YEAR END PROJECTION Plan and execute the production and consolidation of Year End Projection (YEP) for [OPU] by providing insightful analysis and timely information on the latest indicative financial performance as well as to ensure alignment with business strategies, objectives and operational plans to ensure reasonableness and high quality of deliverables to Finance at Business for deliberation by the management, [OPU] Leadership Team(s) and Board of Directors, O&G CLIENT Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and O&G CLIENT Board of Directors for strategic decision making purposes. 4) ADVISORY AND BUDGETARY CONTROL Plan and execute the required activities in providing advisory and support to [OPU] in the areas of Management Reporting & Budgeting inclusive of implementation for the proper documentation on budgeting exercise, budget transfer and supplementary budget request by proposing recommendations to ensure good corporate governance are in place in accordance with O&G CLIENT accounting policy and procedures and Limits of Authority (LOA). 5) PRODUCT COSTING (for PCG) Plan and execute the development, implementation and production of the respective OPUs\' product costing by developing and maintaining standard product costs and product costing model, ensuring timely and accurate recognition of cost as well as undertaking the analytical review of the cost through periodical cost analysis and financial performance reports, highlighting the critical factors affecting the performance of the Company and recommending solutions to optimise respective OPUs\' resources and maximise value.
