Job Description

Drive marketing for Umrah and F&B channels through campaigns, events, content, and branding to strengthen brand presence, attract customers both online and offline, increase sales, and support overall business growth with effective, results-driven strategies.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent 1-3 years experience in travel & tours/retail/F&B is an advantages Strong in social media & design tools (Canva, AI, Photoshop) Creative & proactive

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Plan and implement marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and events. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.

Promotional Marketing

Develop promotional materials (buntings, posters, shelf talkers). Plan and support in-store events, sampling sessions, and member days.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

Create and schedule social media content (FB, IG, TikTok). Manage online ads, monitor performance, and optimize for engagement & sales.

Branding & Design Support

Assist in creating visuals using Canva/Adobe Illustrator (flyers, posters, social media posts). Ensure brand consistency across packaging, digital, and print.

Market Research & Analysis

Track customer behavior, competitors, and industry trends. Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

Product Marketing (F&B Production)

Support product launches with go-to-market strategies, packaging input, and copywriting. Align marketing messaging with product positioning and quality.

eCommerce & Online Sales

Manage listings on Shopee, Lazada, or company website. Monitor promotions, campaigns, and analytics to drive online revenue.

Other Tasks

Support ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
