- Lead and be responsible for marketing budget and project timelines of marketing programs, monitor achievement, and analyze variances monthly.
- Liaise with business partners and agencies to strive for successful sales launches, marketing events, and media conferences.
- Liaise with relevant Local Authorities / Ministry of Housing (KPKT) for application and obtaining of licensing, approval, and renewal complete process (APDL, 7E, 7F, NAPIC, Bumi Quota Release & etc).
- Responsible to maintain and update company website / social media regularly (about property projects/news).
- Ensure marketing documentation and records are in order and in compliance with the related procedures and regulations.
- Ensure all weekly / monthly / quarterly marketing programs, cash flow budget, cost control, etc reports are submitted on timely manner as required by Superior / Management.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Professional Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication/Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least (3) year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (esp. in Marketing).
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of authority/regulatory approval relating to property marketing such as advertising permit, strata title act, housing development act, developer license etc.
- Analytical and entrepreneur mindset, and good in plan implementation/rollouts
- Good leadership, problem solver, build & maintain good working relationships.
- Able to work and plan well independently, commit to work efficiently and productively.
- Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner.
