Senior Executive MHCS, Procurement & Project

Reports To

Manager Cargo Maintenance & Operation Support

Role Purpose

• Execute all Procurement/SAP Process (PR/PO/PA), Technical Evaluation for MK Property, Ground Support Equipment\'s (GSE), MHCS, ULD and Manpower at KUL and all Domestic stations Projects.

• Monitor overall Operations Support and MHCS Projects as to ensure optimum system availability, serviceability and reliability at highest performance level within the approved budget and take actions for continuous improvement through cargo operations digitization initiatives.

• Proactive in achieving department objectives by performing proper and quality monitoring on Operations Projects and MHCS systems.

Key Accountability

• Execute all Procurement/SAP Process (PR/PO/PA), Technical Evaluation for MK Property, Ground Support Equipment\'s (GSE), MHCS, ULD and Manpower at KUL and all Domestic stations Projects.

• Monitor an ensure all the Operations Support Projects being carried out as per Management and Operational requirements and monitor project plan, activities, milestone, timelines and resources for development projects.

• Responsible for MHCS Control Room operations including resource planning and performances and to monitor department expenditure on control items & project expenditure is within the approval budget (OPEX & CAPEX).

• Ensure availability and serviceability of Material Handling Control System in total (machines and system) as to ensure nil/minimum disruptions to cargo handling and MABkargo business.

• Manage and monitor all/daily SLA reporting on MHCS equipment and operational performance using the up to date and systematic/digitalized reporting system or format.

• To be single point of contact (SPOC) with Group IT and other IT vendors for troubleshooting and improvement projects related to cargo operations.

Qualifications & Working Experience

Diploma or higher tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or any related field with 5 year Working in Project Management/Cargo Operations/Cargo System/ Procurement.

Areas of Experience

• Experience or involvement Projects/Procurement/Cargo Warehouse system.

• Knowledge in Procurement Process/ Material Handling System Operations.

• Power BI/SAP/E/Chamber/ CWIS/ LMS or other reporting tools.
