Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Plan and execute packing progress follow gloves and packaging availability to meet the order shipment date.

2. Plan and execute WIP gloves storage, gloves loading and unload activities from truck and inventory control to ensure gloves storage meet compliance standard.

3. Plan and execute department manpower to ensure the efficiency of the Packing and WIP operations.

4. Ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of orders packing follow gloves type control packing flow, WIP store management, packing and delivery documentations and other activities within the department.

5. Responsible to ensure gloves receiving from WIP is correct to pack in orders follow each order requirements.

6. Adhere safety rules and regulations to ensure subordinates follow the safety rule and regulations, compliance at all time.

7. Ensure incoming and outgoing gloves transfer activities is on time and according requirements and SOP.

8. Ensure all the department related documents are correct before the FG can be released to QA and loading.

9. Acknowledge the DPM level of gloves supply to pack in US and non-US order. Print out packing report to counter check the correct gloves being packed.

10. Coaching and training department employee to ensure their competency meet the job requirements.

11. Ensure to provide management the department end-month stock report, and KPI report timely and accurately.

12. Ensure good housekeeping and GMP of employees to meet audit and safety requirements.

13. Propose and lead continual improvement projects in the department.

14. Any task assigned by the management from time to time.

REQUIREMENT

A. Qualification

Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Material Handling or equivalent.

B. Experience

Min 5 working years' working experience in related field.

C. Other Personal Capabilities

Excellent leadership and coaching skills. Ability to provide guidance and coach employee, organize and administer all activities related to packing activities and WIP storage. Have strong communication skill, independent with self-initiative, positive 'can do' attitude and high self-discipline with minimum supervision. Have good analytic and problem-solving skills with results orientated. Enable to provide analysis report to management from time to time. Excellent in manpower management, company systems (KPCS and My action), inventory control, space management. Excellent in warehouse management systems (Example: ERP, SAP), inventory control, space management. Experienced in compliance such as ISO and any other relevant industrial standard. Experienced in packing and warehouse management procedures and processes and able to provide improvisation support.

Have good experience in warehouse safety processes (SOP) and compliances requirements. Able to work with GHSE/SHE in any safety initiatives.

Good leadership skills. Good discipline and working attitude.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
