Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Transportation, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in passenger transport operations or service coordination.
- Strong customer service and operational reporting skills.
- Experience in a start-up or service establishment environment is an advantage.
- Assist in managing daily passenger operations and station activities.
- Monitor train schedules, service delivery, and passenger satisfaction levels.
- Prepare operational reports and assist in performance tracking.
- Coordinate passenger communications, incident handling, and service recovery actions.
- Ensure safety and service standards are implemented at stations and on-board.
