Job Responsibilities; Develop & execute recruitment plan for permanent, fixed term, fresh graduate & internship hiring. Deep understanding of talent acquisition and its relationship to talent management, as well as an of the multi-industry competitive landscape recruiting. Experienced in the manufacturing industry is an advantage. Initiate & implement educational institute recruiting activities, networking and career fairs etc. Study & recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting from various recruiting channel etc. Perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time. Job Requirements; Candidate must have Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent. Minimum at least 3 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience in fast paced and challenging environment. Detail & result oriented, able to work independently, have good interpersonal and organizing skills. Possess good command of both written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage. Team player with strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Preferably candidate who can start work immediately.
