POSITION GENERAL SUMMARYTo manage and monitor operational readiness of development project to ensure meeting timeline, cost, quality and stakeholder satisfactionESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• To monitor effectively government/MAHB airport development project to be in line with standard practice and specification during the operational readiness stage and towards project completion.
• To provide operational input, standard practices and MAHB requirements during project development implementation.
• Coordinate the implementation at every stage of Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer i.e. facilities, information, system and human resource.
• Establish the ORAT requirements and assist in managing ORAT committee, schedules, budget, and manuals.
• Collate Data on operational requirement & new technology for the development project
• To Coordinate on the Development Project i.e. User Requirement Capture, Term of Reference, Handing Over of Project and Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer Program
• To coordinate with various stakeholder on the development project input, requirement and recommendation.

Key Challenges

• Ensuring development project operational readiness deliverables are met, identify the gap and proposed solution
• To coordinate with various government agencies/stakeholder and protect MAHB interest on airport development project
• Coordination with various stakeholder, budget owner and project implementor during the ORAT program
• Get the Reporting on-time with various development project manager

Relevant IndustriesExternal

• Degree holder with minimum 3.0 CGPA and minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

EducationEXTERNAL

• Degree preferably in Engineering /Architecture/Project Management/Operations Management
