Process customer requests under the Shield function in accordance to guidelines, service standards and quality.
Ensure that escalation cases are flagged out and work with the team leader towards resolution within the service level agreement.
Shield function comprises:
Workflow verification and clearance
Refund of excess payments received
Issuance of acknowledgement letters
Change of payer
Termination of policy
Processing of change plan request
Key Requirements:
Degree holder with at least 1-2 years working experience in Health insurance policy servicing, working in the Shield function.
Keen learner and able to work independently
Customer-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
