POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY To provide technical expertise on full project management; construction management, risk management, tender, basic of value engineering and project administration works. Essential Position Function Ensure project execution follows the project scope; within specified time, cost and quality. Perform other related project as directed by Superior or Management from time to time. Coordinate with relevant parties i.e. clients; stakeholders; local authority; vendors and etc. in facilitating projects and airport requirements. Ensure project requirements and objectives are met and in line with client needs and airport requirements. To translate the Clients\' brief requirement and assist in developing the Needs Statement and Technical Requirement for tendering purposes. To gather information, analyzing and make proposal based on the engineering / architectural best practice or project/condition requirement for new and rehabilitation works. To assist manager to define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders. To assist in administrating the project deliverables in order to meet target and objectives. Background in either Mechanical, Electrical or Architectural works. Competent and have good technical report writing skills, with good command of English and Bahasa Melayu. Key Challenges Translating Conventional Construction Contract, Design & Built Contract, Construction Management, Consultant requirement or mixture of two of the above to bring good value to the client/company. Dealing and coordinating with clients, stakeholder, authority and other units or subsidiaries in gathering information/data. To get and capture sufficient data in copnstraint time in which most data are not translated in document manner. Time contraints as to meet the target date for tendering purpose and construction period. Meeting project requirments ad at the same time to satisfy clients, airportoperational and authority requirements. To meet up with latest engineering practice challenges especially airport environment which requires special designs differ from other insudtry. To ensure project planning will not disrupt airport operation especially in dealing with live airport projects. Skills Project Management Stakeholder Engagement Technical Report Writing Relevant Industries External Degree with CGPA 3.0 and minimum 3 years experience in Project Management with exposure in managing technical requirements and best practice in engineering / architectural works.
