Position Title: Senior Executive / Project Manager (M&E) - Interior Design & Build Projects

Location: Bandar Puteri, Puchong

Our client - a reputable Interior Design & Build firm - is looking for a

Senior Executive / Project Manager (M&E)

to drive project coordination and ensure seamless delivery across residential and commercial projects.

This is a hands-on, site-involved role where you will take ownership of execution, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure that every project meets quality, safety, and timeline expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage project execution, including end-to-end on-site M&E coordination. Track and monitor M&E progress to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Liaise effectively with consultants, suppliers, contractors, and clients. Oversee contract preparation, risk assessments, and resolution of site issues. Drive successful delivery of both residential and commercial design & build projects.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in M&E project coordination/management within the construction industry. Proficient in MS Project and Excel (AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage). Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English. Possess own transport and able to attend site when required. Familiarity with relevant ISO standards is preferred.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
