Job Description

Responsible for forecasting activities associated with demand and supply for KFC Sabah. Review the statistical baseline forecast and adjust to reflect realistic plans. Monitor store orders and ordering pattern. Drive improvements in the forecast accuracy and generation of the Net Replenishment Requirement (NRR). Monitor supply & inventory level to be able to meet demands, while observing inventory targets. Continuously review and assess sales patterns and supply to prevent or minimize business impact due to events that cause unplanned changes in demand and supply. Monitor actual demand, supply, and inventory positions. Monitor stock level for local supplier and overseas suppliers according to inventory SOP. To ensure promotion item arrive on a timely manner before the launching date and to track the stock deplete. Review inventory regularly to prevent excess and obsolescence and make suggestions on action plans.
Requirements:

Minimum Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or in other relevant field Preferably with 2-5 years of working experiences in a blend of Supply Chain areas : Demand Planning, Inventory & Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Logistics or Supply Chain project management. Experience in FMCG industry is an added advantage. Detailed & organized, self-motivated with strong drive and able to work in fast-paced environments. Self-starter, independent and works well in a team. Proficient in Excel, JDE & SAP.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
