Job Description

- Responsible in the establishment, implementation and execution of Quality ManagementSystem (QMS) in accordance to ISO Quality Management System requirements to ensurebusiness effectiveness and continuous improvement.



Quality

To establish and execute quality activities, maintenance of quality system, procedures and relevant quality records. Promote quality system, programs and initiatives as an effort to develop Quality culture to achieve the desired vision, mission, objectives and targets. Responsible in the implementation of yearly quality plan and relevant improvement activities. Participate in the both External and Internal audit to gauge compliance to Quality & HSE Management System requirement. Maintain validity of office and facilities certificates (e.g., Document of Compliance, Safety Management Certificate, Statement of Compliance, Class Documents etc.) Assess and analyse, quality performance, compliance and effectiveness of quality system. Managing correction and corrective action implementation plan.-Organize and manage in-house Quality activities. Effectively manage the budget for Quality.
Document Control-

Monitor and ensure review of all MVOT FMS Manuals is in accordance to Annual FMS Manual Review Plan. -Consolidate departments' monthly updates into the Monthly Operations & Maintenance Report. Publish and communicate latest document revision to both offshore and onshore personnel.-Upload Daily Activity Reports (DAR) into MVOT centralised server. Maintain records of document transmittal and Document Change Request (DCR). Provide advice on documentation formatting.
HSE and Emergency Responsibilities

As Fire Warden on annual rotation basis, ensure fire safety in the Kuala Lumpur Operations office during emergency. As trained First Aider, provide first aid cover for Kuala Lumpur Operations office during emergency. As Status Board Recorder; ensure all significant events, decisions, actions and information related to the incident onboard FSO are properly recorded on the Status Board and to confirm them as being correct. As Record Keeper; ensure an accurate and comprehensive records are kept for reference in a prolonged incident and in case of any subsequent litigation after the incident.

Qualifications and Experience



Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma inEnvironmental/Health/Safety/Quality/Library Science or equivalent. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field, computer literate andwell conversation and writing in English language.
