REQUIREMENT:-

  • Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in internal audit, revenue assurance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • Experience with auditing governance processes and procedures, validating the monitoring being performed by second-line functions, and evaluating incentive metrics put in place across the business
Tanggungjawab

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive revenue assurance framework that encompasses all aspects of revenue generation, including billing, invoicing, collections, and settlements
  • Oversee revenue assurance activities to ensure that the company is accurately capturing all revenue and that there are no revenue leaks
  • Conduct internal audits to assess the documentation of controls and procedures, as well as how competently employees perform the control activities for which they are responsible
  • Assess the company\'s performance on capabilities, measure how well the company delivers on these capabilities, and lead to an action plan for improvement4
  • Act as an impartial conduit between business and the board to ensure the organization appropriately deals with the risks IT faces
  • Clearly define who is responsible for which business processes, which is a key element of an internal-control program and facilitates training, oversight, and performance evaluation
  • Implement measures and controls to prevent revenue leakage and identify potential revenue risks
  • Continuously evaluate revenue assurance processes, controls, and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to mitigate risks
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization, including the board, IT, finance, and accounting
