We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our property development team. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of all aspects of authority/regulatory approval relating to property sales & development. Location
Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, recommend, and monitor plans and strategies for the operation department to achieve the goals and objectives of the Company.
  • Responsible for overseeing the sales and management reporting for the company.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecast to achieve objectives for our existing and future property development projects.
  • To plan and be responsible for all sales events, project launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and liaise with event organizers/service providers. To analyze the results, propose and execution of improvement plans.
  • Lead and be responsible for administration, daily operation, and upkeep of Sales Galleries at all times in a presentable and functional manner.
  • Assist the current sales team in maintaining good relationships, negotiating sales transactions and closing deals.
  • Ensure the sales team and appointed real estate agencies (local & overseas) are fully resourced and well-directed with clear guidelines for their own job responsibilities.

  • Must be able to make frequent visits to sales galleries.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess a Degree in Property/Real Estate Management or equivalent with at least 3 years working experience.
  • Excellent command of spoken & written BM and English.
  • Excellent communication skills, good business acumen and strong leadership qualities.
  • Ability to handle multiple demands, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Added advantage for those with experience or knowledge in property.
  • Good knowledge of relevant acts, statutes, by-laws and regulations relating to Property Sales & Development.
  • Possess good sales and communication skills and can interact with people at all levels.
  • Fully dedicated, dynamic and result orientated.
  • Highly motivated. Good interpersonal, presentation and reporting skills.
