Job Responsibility

Assist in market understanding through market research, analysis of Company merchant profile and competitive landscapes. Responsible, promote and launch new SME lending or loan products to existing merchant base, as well as closely monitor and analyse the SME loan portfolios. Work closely with other HODs to operationalize out SME lending or loan products. Responsible for the processing of the loan application and submission for approval. Closely follow-up on the acceptance until disbursement of the loan. To ensure sales leads are tracked and closely follow-up till sales closure. To ensure individual targets are met on a monthly basis. Assist in any ad ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess minimum one (1) years of working experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy and proven experience in customer relationship management. Candidate must have knowledge of market research and relevant product and industry knowledge. Candidate with experience in SME lending or loan business unit start-up would be an added advantage. Candidate must display with an appropriate sales and convincing skills, as well as strong business development and leadership skills. Must demonstrate an ability to be comfortable in a fluid environment, self-direct, work flexibly and be creative. Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate must be able to speak multi-languages, especially in Mandarin. Proficient knowledge in MS office applications. Willing and flexible to travel, must possess with own car. Candidate must be willing to work at Bandar Sri Damansara.

Education Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies / Management / Marketing or equivalent.

Pay range and compensation package
