Responsibilities:

• Assist in production of the sub-group monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements across UEM Edgenta that includes consolidating the subsidiaries' results and other reporting schedules as and when required, for submission within deadline set to comply with statutory requirements and financial covenant as well as assist Management decision making.
• Assist certain designated areas in variance analysis that includes initial investigation of variances and summarization of data, information and trends as well as assist in the production of Quarterly Board/Audit Committee Papers
• Assist the preparation and consolidation of monthly and quarterly RRPT monitoring reports to the Internal Audit department ("IAD") and Audit Committee for ascertaining transactions comply to regulatory requirements.
• Assist the review of the submission of all financial information and highlight any risks or issues arise to the Team Lead of Statutory Reporting in a timely manner.
• Assist in the implementation of financial reporting initiatives to contribute in the compliance of the company's financial reporting in accordance with the accounting standards required by regulatory bodies such as Securities Commission Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia and the Registrar of Companies.
• Assist in liaison with subsidiary and Group Reporting unit on monthly financial reporting as well as Finance Business Partner to resolve all financial issues that requires consultations relating to accounting treatment.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
• 4-5 years of working experience & Group Consolidation is preferred.
