• Identify and make recommendations of strategic vendors for management including performing performance evaluation and assessing value levers impacting the selected vendors.
• Establish and manage relationship with vendors selected, conducting effective discussions to drive performance delivery and identify value creation opportunities.
• Identify and deal with the potential vendor performance risks to Sarawak Energy.
• Analyze, interpret industry or market environment conditions including leveraging on network of strategic vendors and make recommendations.
• Shares best practices and information across other procurement units or relevant business units.
• Actively support or participate in the process of procurement and supply including negotiation with vendors and stakeholders.
• Apply procurement governance and procedures that regulate post award, contracting and vendor management activities.

Actively involved in Project Delivery Excellence, Commercial Excellence & Operational Excellence.THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES:

• Capable of fostering collaboration across business units and effectively overseeing stakeholders, including senior management

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Management or related fields, with at least 6-8 years of experience.

Preference will be given to internal candidate.
