The Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for
managing end-to-end recruitment processes
, attracting top talent, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. This role also supports workforce planning and contributes to employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing
Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment strategies.
Conduct interviews and assessments as required.
Provide timely feedback and maintain a positive candidate experience.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the system
Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and online branding initiatives.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Prepare reports for management on recruitment progress and workforce trends.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment agencies.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices.
Ensure recruitment practices comply with HR policies and relevant labor laws.
Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure smooth integration.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
.
Minimum
3-5 years experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Malaysia.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
