Key Responsibilities

1.

Technical Operations Support

Provide daily technical support for chip testing equipment. Perform preventive maintenance and basic repair of equipment. Prepare technical documentation and support manuals.

2.Project Management

Assist the technical team in implementing chip testing and validation projects. Handle installation, configuration, and validation of new systems. Support acceptance tests with vendors or clients.

2.Training & Knowledge

Provide technical training support to laboratory users. Update calibration records, maintenance logs, and technical issue reports. Monitor compliance with technical and safety SOPs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in technical support, laboratory operations, or equipment maintenance. Strong knowledge of semiconductor equipment, electronic testing systems, and troubleshooting methods.

Skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in operating and maintaining laboratory and testing equipment. Familiar with data analysis tools, technical documentation, and reporting. Good understanding of system configuration, calibration, and automation processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage priorities under minimal supervision. High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence. Strong teamwork spirit with a proactive and hands-on approach.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
