Job Summary:



We are seeking a motivated and experienced

Senior Executive - Telemarketer

to lead and drive our outbound telemarketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and persuasion skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven track record of achieving targets. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline through proactive tele-calling and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct outbound calls to potential customers based on lead lists, referrals, and campaigns. Explain products or services to prospects clearly and persuasively to generate interest or leads. Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell. Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and outcomes using CRM systems. Follow up on warm leads and re-engage dormant prospects. Provide feedback on call scripts, lead quality, and customer objections to improve strategies. Mentor and support junior telecallers. Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree / Diploma in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Business Administration, or related). 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or inside sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to handle objections and work under pressure. Experience using CRM software or call management tools. Fluency in Malay

Preferred Skills:



Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Experience in B2B or B2C calling (depending on your industry). Knowledge of lead qualification techniques and funnel management. Team leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
