Closing Date: 14 May 2024KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Perform monitoring, controlling and ensuring in compliance with Company\'s policy, procedures and guidelines and standard practice for staff accommodation (company own quarters and rented accommodation) Tenancy Management functions for all Regions.
  • Manage, lead and process of Procurement for the replacement of Company Owned Quarters furniture and appliances in accordance with the entitlement stipulated in Sarawak Energy Terms and Conditions of Service (TACOS) and ensuring furniture and appliances procurement process are in compliance with SEB Procurement Policies and Procedures (PPP).
  • Process and review of Sarawak Energy Tenancy Management (SETM) application based on TACOS.
  • Ensure the completeness of staff accommodation tenancy data in SETM system and tenancy processes are in accordance to the standard practice for regions & SOP.
  • Ensure timely review and process of the monthly rental payment and reconciliation for staff rented accommodation to be submitted to CBS focal person.
  • Introducing continuous improvement to the existing process and practice to optimise utilization of resources in the region.
  • Initiate, plan, execute, monitor/control and reporting within approved budget, schedule and scope based on Corporate departmental and divisional balanced score card and KPI.
  • Ensure effective coordination in providing services to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design process and procedure and internal control for monitoring and reporting.
  • Responsible for effective cost optimization and internal control for regional administration.
  • Timely preparation of RFP/tender /quotation documents for floating, evaluation, recommendation and presentation of recommendation and timely preparation of management papers, progress report, SAP reports within agreed timeline.
  • Compliance with Corporate design, quality, HSE & EIA requirements and participate in TQM, 5S and safety activities.
  • Actively deliver all above in-line with operational excellence, digital & commercial excellence.
THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES:
  • Readiness of 500-700 rented houses & readiness for occupancy of 700 -800 company quarters at designated locations.
  • Expediency & quality of houses.
  • Adequacy of internal furniture & utilities.
  • Sourcing for tenancy & insourcing for internal houses.
QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in related fields from a recognized University /college with 8 -10 years relevant working experience, and high proficiency in oral and written English and good working knowledge of SAP (including PS & MM modules), Microsoft Office, Power Point, etc. will have an added advantage.
Preference will be given to internal candidate.
