POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

To manage, execute and monitor the operations of terminal in so as to comply with internal and external regulations to achieve safe, secure and efficient airport operations.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

Monitor operations and contract performance under Terminal Airport: cleaning, trolley, indoor landscape. Coordinate with Duty Executive in charge of operations on the performance of contractors. Coordinate with Procurement on contract matters such as terms and conditions, payments and deductions, etc. Manage contractors manpower in accordance to requirement of operations. Report to Terminal Manager on the overall status of performance of the contracts constantly. Manage passengers complaints related to contractors performance Ensure that Terminal Airport achievement for ASQ and reduce complaints. Ensure the compliance with IMS requirement & other certifications.

Good interpersonal and coordination skills Ability to interact with all level and able to work in a group or individually. Well establish in management, coordination and communication skills. Good knowledge in Worldwide Scheduling Guidelines, Standard Schedules Information Manual (SSIM) Chapter 6. Familiar with Annexes /other airport regulations. Establish and review the Standard Operating Procedures and working manual/instruction. Proficient in project management principles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure (e.g., using tools like MS Project, Primavera, or Gantt charts)

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Surveying,Construction Management or related field

Relevant Industries

Internal

Degree with minimum 2 years relevant experience in Executive role Diploma with minimum 3 years relevant experience in Executive role STPM with minimum 5 years relevant experience in Executive role
SPM with minimum 7 years relevant experience in Executive role

External

Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in facilities management, civil/structural maintennace, or project management, preferably in an airport or infrastructure environment.
