Job Requirements:
-Degree in related field
-Computer literacy
-English & Malay oral and reading skills
-Mandarin oral skills an advantage
-Friendly Guest disposition
-3 to 5 years of experience working in a customer service position
-Must be flexible with work schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings

-Coordinate the onsite daily ticketing needs and functions.
-Review, improve and update training materials.
-Ensure processes and checks are in place for the opening and closing of the ticketing counters ensuring the appropriate check lists have been followed.
-Recognize RBO crews for the successful demonstration of product knowledge and good selling techniques to Guests.
-Give frequent feedback to RBO Executive, Supervisor, and performance manage as appropriate. Reward for above the standard performance and coach for those below standards.
-Coordinate the ordering, stocking and display of ticketing counters.
-Disseminate tasks and workloads to all executive and supervisors
-Handle and resolve first trouble shooting for ticket and system issues
-Completing refund, reprint and document audits
-Monitor and report all refund, void and cash variances.
-Authorize the ticket/RFID wristband transfer process.
-Develop process for executive and supervisors to drive the team in meeting, achieving and exceeding the target set.
-Reporting on sales, stocks, inventories for office, ticketing cleaning and other stocks needed in the department
-Submit requisition for all stocks needed by the department.
-Motivate and encourage RBO executives and supervisors to create an exciting and vibrant park atmosphere.
-Manage, resolve and drive employees within the department
-Reviewing SOPs created by the executive
-Acting as the head of the department in the event that Manager and Assistant manager are out of office.
-Leading, creating, updating training materials, presentations and records.
-Updating outdated SOPs and setting it up to standards and needs of the business.
-Oversee and execute procedures created by the management
-Oversee cleaning plans and execution of the team.
-Update executives for all cleaning stocks and submit requisition if required.
-RBO Sr Executive are also assigned to work as wellness ambassadors implementing the new normal operation within the park.
-Work as the manager on duty, making decision and handling guest and crew member issues during the shift..
-Manage and lead internal and external audits for all areas of RBO
