To plan, coordinate, and implement training and development initiatives that enhance employee capabilities, support organizational goals, and promote a culture of continuous learning. The role involves managing end-to-end training processes, from needs analysis to post-training evaluation, while ensuring alignment with strategic talent development objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Needs Analysis
Conduct regular training needs assessments in collaboration with department heads to identify skill gaps and development priorities.
Analyse performance data and employee feedback to recommend targeted learning interventions.
Develop annual training plans aligned with organizational strategy and competency frameworks.
2. Training Design and Development
Design and develop training modules, materials, and learning content tailored to various employee levels.
Incorporate blended learning approaches, including e-learning, workshops, and experiential learning.
Work with subject matter experts to ensure training content accuracy and relevance.
3. Training Implementation
Coordinate logistics for internal and external training programs, workshops, and seminars.
Facilitate selected internal training sessions or onboarding programs as required.
Liaise with training vendors, consultants, and institutions to ensure program quality and cost-effectiveness.
4. Evaluation and Continuous Improvement
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback forms, assessments, and performance indicators.
Prepare reports and analyses on training outcomes, participation rates, and ROI for management review.
Continuously improve training processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance learning impact.
5. Talent Development and Succession Planning
Support talent management initiatives such as competency mapping, career development plans, and leadership programs.
Assist in identifying high-potential employees and designing development pathways.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 7
years
of experience in training, learning, or talent development roles.
Strong knowledge of training cycle management, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Certification in HRDF Train-the-Trainer (TTT) or equivalent is an advantage.
Proficiency in Mandarin as an added advantage
