Join our diverse and motivated team to hone your creativity as well as implement new initiatives within a nurturing, equal opportunity environment!Reporting to the Manager - Treasury, you will be responsible for:Key Responsibilities:\xe2\x97\x8f Detailed Cashflow Forecasting for the Sports Division to ensure positive working capital - and plan the gaps, if any.\xe2\x97\x8f Understanding of Banking facilities and liaise with banks for account opening as required\xe2\x97\x8f Well versed with LC\'s & Guarantees (APG, Performance Bonds, etc.) and vetting standard terms.\xe2\x97\x8f Analyze Group Banking Facilities; visit Financial Covenants periodically to support Manager and collate information for Annual Renewals after comparison with prior years and best practices\xe2\x97\x8f Evaluate the Existing Treasury Processes across all BU\'s and drive Evolution of outdated processes\xe2\x97\x8f Maintaining banking relationships representing the Group Level Treasury Function\xe2\x97\x8f Provide support on implementation of Automation of processes and use of BI Tool for creating Dashboards; Implementation of Host to Host Across all Group entities.\xe2\x97\x8f Supporting TM in negotiations of Commercials for Banking/ Cash Management providers/ Exchanges - Maintaining Relations with these parties.\xe2\x97\x8f Manage and drive Daily /Weekly/ Monthly End Reports for the Group as per agreed timelines\xe2\x97\x8f Oversee bank reconciliations and daily transactions.\xe2\x97\x8f Well versed with Account opening processes and KYC documentation requirements and SAP entries for CC and Cash.\xe2\x97\x8f Verification of Treasury Related Documents from other territories/ Business Units at the Group Level\xe2\x97\x8f Bookkeeping of Banking Charges, Interest Charges, etc on the ERP (SAP experience would be a plus) as per the month-end closing timelines (as required)\xe2\x97\x8f Understand and manage appropriate accounting procedures and processes\xe2\x97\x8f Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues (as required)\xe2\x97\x8f Initiate vendor payments, bill payments, fund transfers, and batch uploads on banking portals (as required)\xe2\x97\x8f Serve as a reliable backup by providing support and assistance whenever necessary, ensuring smooth operations and continuity in the absence or unavailability of the Manager - Treasury.Basic Qualifications:\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum of 2+ years of Treasury experience\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelors degree in Finance or any related qualification\xe2\x97\x8f Must be a self-starter who is able to work independently and interface with all relevant internal teams (management/ cross functions) and external business partners (Auditors, Banks, Suppliers) as needed\xe2\x97\x8f Analytical skills and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work in a fast-moving industry with many dimensions, stringent timelines\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, presentation, and writing required in English\xe2\x97\x8f Comfortable to Interact with stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
