Job Description

Location: Tebrau , Johor
s:

Oversee and manage daily operations and plant utilities to minimize downtime.
Plan, assign, and monitor tasks; evaluate team performance and address gaps.
Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, chemicals, and refrigerants.
Implement and track preventive maintenance for systems including: air compressors, boilers, chimneys, refrigerant, natural gas/diesel, and water/wastewater (advantage).
Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment, and SAP updates.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance and maintenance reports.
Respond to urgent maintenance requests promptly.
Enforce safety protocols, PPE usage, and hazard reporting.
Support audits, risk assessments, and implement corrective actions.
Continuously improve preventive maintenance to boost reliability

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
3-5 years of relevant experience in plant utilities and/or wastewater treatment operations.
Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and system operations.
Familiarity with SAP or similar maintenance systems is preferred.
CePIETSO-P certification (Certified Environmental Professional in Industrial Effluent Treatment Systems - Physical Chemical Process) is an advantage.
Proven leadership, strong reporting skills, and effective problem-solving ability.
