JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Inventory Management:

  • Receive incoming goods, verify quantities, and inspect for damage.
  • Update inventory records, ensuring accuracy in stock levels.
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Report stock level, slow moving stock, obsolete stock, and discrepancies to management on regular basis
2. Order Processing and Dispatch:
  • Process outbound orders accurately and prepare shipments for delivery.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient dispatch of goods.
  • Ensure proper packaging and labeling of products for safe transportation.
3. Warehouse Organization:
  • Plan and optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization.
  • Arrange products systematically to facilitate easy access and retrieval.
  • Implement and maintain first-in, first-out (FIFO) and other inventory management practices.
4. Supervision and Training:
  • Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and supervision.
  • Monitor staff performance, address any issues, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and updates.
5. Communication and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with plant, supply chain, business development team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communicate effectively with supply chain, suppliers, and internal teams regarding order status and requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
6. Process Improvement:
  • Identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency enhancement.
  • 2Propose and implement measures to streamline warehouse processes.
  • Use technology and software tools to optimize inventory tracking and reporting.
7. General:
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures
  • Coordinates oversees, and/or manages repair and services work assignments performed by technicians, vendors, and contractors performing maintenance.
JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field, vocational school or BSc/BA in business administration or equivalent
  • Proven experience 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years in warehouse management or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
  • Managing SAP or other equivalent software will be added advantage
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Forklift operation certification (if required by the role).
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehouse environments.
