Key Responsibilities:
Administer and enhance performance management systems, including KPI setting, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
Managing, designing and implementing rewards and recognition programs that drive motivation and retention.
Managing employee relations and disciplinary processes in compliance with Malaysian Labour Laws and company policies.
Support the development of HR policies and procedures aligned with organisational goals.
Audit current Policies, procedures and practices aligned with Malaysia Labor Laws and company policies.
Collaborate with line managers to promote a high-performance and compliant work culture.
Liaise with government bodies (IR/JTK) and prepare relevant reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in Rewards, Performance Management, and Industrial Relations.
knowledge in Employment Act 1955, and IR Act 1967 regulations.
Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
