Job Description

Job Purpose To support Managers in evaluating, structuring, executing and managing investments (including joint ventures, asset acquisitions & divestments, fund investments and co-investments). Job Responsibilities Support origination activities, including sourcing potential investment opportunities, developing relationships with partners and expanding SD Property\'s investor base. Support M&A / Joint Ventures / Strategic Partnership opportunities to deliver inorganic growth for SD Property. Responsible for building and/or reviewing financial models and financial analysis Preparation of approval papers for investment proposals, including market research, deal structuring, business case analysis, financial analysis, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessment. Execution and management of investment deals, including conducting appropriate due diligence. Monitoring of investment performance and ensuring compliance with SD Property\'s investment standards and regulatory requirements. Monitoring of market trends and risks. Accountable (with P&L responsibilities) for the growth of SD Property\'s investments and their respective performance. To qualify for the role, you must have qualifications, knowledge or skills as listed below: Bachelor\'s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or equivalent. Receipt of a professional certification in Real Estate, Accounting or Finance is an added advantage. Proficiency in Financial Modelling. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in corporate finance and investments with a preference for real estate investment management background.
