: Senior HR Executive
Location: Batu Caves, Selangor

Our Client:
A manufacturing company listed on the London Stock Exchange that specializes in mining-related engineering services and products like slurry equipment solutions including pumps, hydro cyclones valves, screen machines and screen media, rubber, and wear-resistant linings for global mining and mineral processing, the power sector and general industry.

Job Purpose:
Responsible to deliver HR operations supports and implementation of HR initiatives and act as a super user for HRIS (Workday systems), and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to provide timely HR operations support to the people\'s managers and employees.
  • Responsible for reviewing, developing, and implementing HR Workday systems.
  • Responsible to develop, update and maintain all necessary HR policies and procedures, HR Programs, and information systems to ensure that the Company has all the information required for effective resource planning and management and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in performance calibration, compensation cycle, and market benchmarks.
  • Implement the company policy, SOP, rules, and regulations and monitor compliance.
  • Plan, manage and coordinate manpower planning, end-to-end recruitment, and selection procedures.
  • Responsible to hire the right talent at the right time as per the manpower plan.
  • Deliver monthly reports to facilitate decisions on HR matters.
  • Work with the vendor to ensure the expatriates\' employment pass are in order.
Key Requirements:
  • Ideally a Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Background in manufacturing would be an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday system usage is a must.
  • Having knowledge of Malaysia labor laws, rules, regulations, solicitor, and contract drafting will be advantage.
  • Independent and a good team player.
  • Possess good interpersonal skill, analytical, communication and negotiation skill.
  • Excellent in English both writing and speaking.
  • Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills.
