: \xe2\x80\xa2 To identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different countries and different Platform. \xe2\x80\xa2 To liaise with NEW / POTENTIAL international customers on overall pricing, contracts, sales, promotions, marketing supports and building rapport to increase sales orders. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure that the all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time frame. \xe2\x80\xa2 To take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan schedule on travelling to visit all the business partners and potential business partners to secure for New Business as when as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attending trade exhibition, conferences and meetings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to customer complaints promptly and resolve any issues amicably to enhance excellent customer relationship. \xe2\x80\xa2 To drive business growth of the company by effectively implementing product and marketing strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 To report on the achievement of Sales in monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. \xe2\x80\xa2 To provide good customer service such as responding to sales enquiries Quick & EFFECTIVE / CONSTRUCTIVE information. \xe2\x80\xa2 To constantly review distributor\'s performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support and assistance to Department Manager to ensure every sales order can be complete on time, project status follow-up with internal and external parties etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assume any other tasks / responsibilities as assigned by the Management. Job Requirements : \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Diploma in business studies or equivalent. Those without qualifications but who have experience in the Export Market FMCG field and are willing to learn are encouraged to apply. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the Export Market FMCG industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of international / export trade is an advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Good interpersonal, result oriented, human relationship, problem solving and analytical skill. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluency in English (Verbal & Written), ability to speak in Mandarin would be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated, self-reliant and target & performance orientated. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good time management capability \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess own vehicle and willing to travel oversea. \xe2\x80\xa2 Suitable or outstanding candidate may be considered for Higher Position \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to start immediately.
