Maintaining and managing organization\xe2\x80\x99s facilities including managing building maintenance, repairs and coordinating services to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Create and implement safety programs, policies, and training programs to ensure employees follow safety regulations and the organization\'s policies
Inspect work areas and activities for hazards, and conduct audits to maintain high safety compliance standards
Investigate accidents and incidents to determine the cause, address staff complaints, and handle workers\' compensation claims
Advise management and top management on safety-related matters, such as noise levels and machinery useEngage staff in programs to promote safe practices
Compile and analyse accident and injury statistics and cost data to identify areas for improvement and show the "state of safety\xe2\x80\x9c
Prepare reports and recommend measures to increase the effectiveness of the health and safety program
