You will do this by performing routine site inspections to ensure all building processes and best practices are implemented and maintain. You also lend the team a big hand by providing admin support including front desk duties, housekeeping coordination, appointment coordination, maintenance coordination, vendor management, and JLL system management (i.e : CORRIGO, JDE, Jaggaer System and ETC). Also, part of your job scope complies performance indicators and meet service level agreements. Meeting the clients' facilities needs At JLL, we prioritised client satisfaction for everything we do. With this role, you are required to work closely with client across AMEA (Africa, Middle East & Asia) and suppliers onsite to identify their facility-related needs. Knowledge in planning and budgeting are required in this Job. You are required to take part in procurement and sourcing activities as needed from time to time.
