System Owner for WWTP Operation and Preventive Maintenance and Project Management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide continuous and stable operation in supporting production such as WWTP & FWTP and supporting for UPW/ DI, IW, DW, FWT, Gas & Chemicals, FDAPS, and Project Management.
Ensuring good upkeep of plant housekeeping, plant landscape maintenance, pest control, and building maintenance.
Lead Technician and Outsource team to meet plant requirements including hookup/unhookup, troubleshooting, workshop service, new construction build-up, production
environmental improvement, renovation, and expansion projects.
To control and maintain a good quality of the facility\xe2\x80\x99s supply to support production needs such as UPW/ DIW\'s resistivity, including coverage of other functions namely WWT\'s discharge spec, supply gases, chemicals spec, etc.
To drive the team toward departmental goals, business plans, and KPI.
Department\'s routine operation activities and employee management.
Bright Idea, Coaching & Sharing Coordination.
Promote team to support for internal audit, cost down improvement, EHS sustainability,
bright ideas, good catch, and another company program.
Manage to outsource team.
Plan and monitor the respective system\xe2\x80\x99s Operation Expense (OPEX) as per budget in the
Annual Operation Plan (AOP).

RELATED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering, ie. Mechanical, Materials, Electrical,
Chemicals, Electronics, or relevant field.
Certified Environmental Professional In The Operation Of Industrial Effluent Treatment System \xe2\x80\x93 CePIETSO (PCP), is an added advantage.
Use of problem solving tools such as 8D Methodology which includes Why-Why Analysis, Ishikawa, etc
