• To manage Facilities Team and will be responsible for cost reduction for facilities and utilities expenditure per square feet.
• To improve overall plant facilities efficiency.
• Plans facilities changes for plant, office, and production equipment layouts.
• Working toward economy of operation, maximum use of facilities and equipment, and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Coordinates with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings.
• Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition.
• Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation and other related costs.
• Inspects construction and installation progress for conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Develops criteria and performance specifications required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes.
• Lead auditor for compliance of Health & Safety and Environment and publish the results on monthly or quarterly basis at minimum.
• Deriving and complying the facilities and EHS operation meet the RBA compliance.
• Provide direction and decision on matters related to Facilities, EHS and Environment.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree in Electronics or equivalent.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field preferably in EMS environment will be an advantage.
• Preferably Senior/Junior specializing in Engineering/Electronics or equivalent.
• Self-motivated nature and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Must be a team player, highly motivated and committed with strong interpersonal role.
