We are looking for : Senior Facilities Mechanical Engineer Location: Kulim, Kedah (On Site) What this job involves To drive Engineering Reliability Programs ensuring KM Mechanical System including Chilled Water, Condenser Water, Oil Free Air, Process Cooling Water, Process Vacuum, Process Exhaust, HVAC, FLSS system reliability in compliance to Standard Operating Procedures, specifications, safety and system requirements. And provide comprehensive process management with a focus on continuous improvement and enhancing CPI/KPI deliverables with the application of Best Practices and drive standardization across functional. Facilities Management Responsible for site facilities operation. Establish Engineering & Operational procedures and roll out for site staff Responsible for delivery of services in accordance with Client Management SLA Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations The single point of contact for technical issue for FM at the site. Implement the energy management programs to reduce the cost on utilities. Managing all contract vendors to carries out technical audits/ maintenance for all installation as schedule Develop of technical service standard Initiate planning of Critical Environment procedure Client/Stakeholder Management Manage the key client team representatives effectively to ensure that expected service levels are achieved Build strong working relationships with key client representatives and promote JLL\'s EOS platform and provide a key linkage between the wider JLL organization and the client representative and account team Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of programs and procedures Reporting Ensure delivery of meaningful inputs across the functional in the development of monthly management reports. Ensure data integrity and accuracy of all information reported associated with Daily Shift Ops Report, Weekly MRM Report, Monthly Report, Risk Assessment, BAR, Maximo PM Closure and other imperative updates. Emergency Call Out Stand by 24.7 for all emergency call outs Maintain register of all call outs and prepare incident reports Coordinate appropriate action for rectification including preliminary analysis of fault Initiate a system to measure the quality of performance on a quarterly basis Initiate and maintain Preventive Management Program Responsible for Early involvement in Facilities Operation and provide advisory service during Site Inspection and Project Development Solution Provision for minor projects and coordinating with contractors/vendors from initiation to completion Sound like the job you\'re looking for Before you apply, it\'s also worth knowing what we are looking for: Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering, with 3 - 5 years\' industrial experience in leading engineering initiatives. Semiconductor experience would be an added advantage. Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities and vendor management are also required for this role. If you have an understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system) would be an added advantage.
