Responsibilities:

Assist Facilities Manager in planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
To respond to breakdowns to avoid excessive lost time and contribute to efficiency
Responsible identify faults and repairing them
Supervising engineering contractors and technical staff undertake to troubleshoot
To obtain specialist components, fixtures, or fittings and manage budgets
To identify maintenance problems and their causes and institute corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurrence
