our Services Support Team which will provide Field Engineering Services to our Malaysia customers.
The Field Engineering Services Team prides itself on delivering first class technical support, to each of ours customers, to ensure Critical
Communications, and/or Services, are available throughout the lifecycle of Maintenance Support and beyond, and also meet Customer SLA's
within a timely manner, and with minimal impact to end users.
We will invest in the required, and applicable, technology, and service management, training and certifications throughout the MSI career of
all our team members, to ensure the team are up to date with latest technologies, tools and services required to provide the best service to
each of our customers.Provide full time Technical Support for our deployed systems, working with our Service Teams and vendors across Malaysia & APAC region.Predominantly focused on providing Technical Support to the RMP Astro P25 System in Sarawak Region of Malaysia. Consisting of:On-Site Technical Support for Corrective Maintenance, requiring incident response and advanced root cause analysis for Incident Management ReportsOn-Site Technical Support for Preventive Maintenance, including:Periodic Site OptimisationsRegular PMI checksBe the key point of contact to the Malaysia Field Services Manager for all communications, ensuring excellent service levels are met to all MSI customers in the Sarawak Region of Malaysia.Work with the wider Malaysia Field Services Team to support all other aspects of the technologies that MSI provides within the Sabah Region of Malaysia. Consisting of:On-Site Technical Support for Corrective Maintenance, requiring incident response and advanced root cause analysis for Incident Management ReportsOn-Site Technical Support for Preventive Maintenance, including:Periodic PMI checksResponsible for ensuring all project/contractual deliverables are delivered on time and in a professional mannerMaintaining, and growing on, the excellent relationship with all MSI customers in Srawak region of MalaysiaAttend regular Team and Customer meetings as and when required.Constantly review and identify improvements to existing processes to ensure continued and constantly improving service delivery to both internal and external MSI customersOut of Hours work will be required#LI-MM8Basic Requirements
