Job description:
Senior Field Trainer is responsible for training new and existing staff, ensuring they
perform their roles efficiently and follow company standards. The role involves
supporting new outlet openings, delivering training on operational procedures, and
working closely with the Field Trainer to maintain consistency and quality in training
across all locations.
Support the setup and launch of new outlets.
Train new employees on operational procedures, menu knowledge,
Customer service standards, and food safety standard.
Observe new staff to ensure adherence to company standards and offer corrective feedback when necessary.
Provide on-site support during the opening phase to ensure staff are properly trained and prepared.
Lead hands-on training sessions for new crew members, ensuring they understand their roles, covering job-specific tasks such as food preparation, customer service, and cash handling.
Provide training on the menu, special offerings, and dietary requirements.
Offer hands-on guidance and feedback to ensure staff perform at their best.
Monitor progress and provide additional support as needed.
Observe crew members' performance and provide constructive feedback.
Conduct assessments to track development and improve skills.
Offer refresher training to keep staff updated on procedures and company changes.
Provide refresher training on new menu items, equipment usage, and any changes in food safety protocols.
