Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in accounting records, preparing financial reports, and supporting year-end closing and tax filing processes.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily financial transactions, ensure timely vendor payments, and reconcile bank accounts and financial statements. Prepare management accounts, analyze financial data for insights, and assist in budgeting and financial planning. Manage payment activities, ensure proper documentation and authorization, and monitor cash flow for sufficient funds. Coordinate year-end closing, ensure accurate financial records, and prepare documentation for auditors. Prepare and file tax returns, liaise with tax authorities, and stay updated on tax law changes. Ensure compliance with financial policies, generate management reports, and audits.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, MIA, SAT) is a plus. Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting and finance roles. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
