We are currently looking for experienced Senior Finance Analyst to join our Consumer Healthcare PJ Quill 9 office. As a Senior Finance Analyst will participate the month-end GL (general ledger) close and reporting of entity\xe2\x80\x99s results, responsible in the preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations, review of journal entries and execution of internal control in accordance with Haleon Internal Control Framework. Other Key Responsibilities

• Provide Record to Report transaction processing support and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness on a daily basis.
• Resolve general accounting and reporting issues.
• Execute month end close steps in accordance with month end close checklist (MEC) and SOP\xe2\x80\x99s. Ensure all activities on the MEC are updated.
• Execution of internal controls in accordance with Haleon Internal Control Framework
• Review of monthly Balance Sheet schedules & reconciliation where required. Liaise with respective stakeholders of Balance Sheet Reconciliations, specifically open items
• Ensure compliance to hub policies, local company legal and statutory requirements
• Review backlog and cycle time reports to improve process flow times.
• Ensure stakeholders queries are attended to and resolved in a timely, responsible and proactive manner.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other functions (e.g. P2P, O2C, Stat & Tax) to ensure successful month-end close.
• Responsible for the financial reporting of the designated legal entities.
• Perform first level analysis/ analytical review of profit and loss accounts and balance sheet, cost centre checks and transaction posting checks. The incumbent has to be knowledgeable on the principle activities of each designated legal entity.
• BISON confirmation/check
• Corporate reporting (BISON) vs Statutory reconciliation
• Provide guidance and on-the-job trainings to analyst members within the team. Support new and existing team members through proper knowledge transfer; sharing of resource, knowledge and experience and best practice thereby ensuring quality is maintained through any staff transition.
• Other ad-hoc activities

• Degree with Finance / Accounting; CPA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent is preferred.
• 5 years of experience including areas on financial accounting, management accounting, reporting and statutory filing, master data maintenance, treasury, asset accounting, inter-company transactions, etc.
• SAP experience is must/preferred
• Experience in working in shared service centre in financial accounting or auditing
• Actively seeks to improve processes making them more effective and efficient
• Attention to detail, good analytical and problem solving capabilities
• Ability to plan and manage workload to ensure all key deadlines is met.
