Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• ACCA part-qualified/finalist preferred (study support provided).
• At least 3 years' experience handling full-set accounts.
• Proficient in SQL, AutoCount, UBS, and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of MFRS, SST, and compliance matters.
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts and prepare monthly management reports.
• Ensure accurate and compliant accounting records (MFRS, SST, E-Invoice).
• Handle SST preparation/submission, annual tax matters, and liaise with auditors, tax agents & company secretary.
• Monitor cash flow, payments, collections, and assist with annual budgets/forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis (ratios, trends, cash flow) to assess business performance.
• Process payroll, claims, reimbursements, and sales invoices.
• Prepare payment vouchers and draft customer agreements.
• Support continuous improvement of accounting processes and workflows.
