Job Summary:

As a Senior Finance Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance Manager in ensuring accurate financial management, reporting, compliance, and operations. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting functions, managing deadlines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and using the SQL Accounting System for efficient financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis. Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly accounts. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and statutory bodies. Manage cash flow and monitor company expenditure. Assist in the preparation of tax computation, SST submission, and statutory filings. Maintain proper documentation and filing systems. Review and monitor staff claims and petty cash disbursements. Support project costing and ensure alignment with client budgets and internal targets. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant laws. Utilize the SQL Accounting System efficiently for financial data entry and reporting. Assist the Finance Manager in ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, etc.) Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment. Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations, tax, and SST. Proficient in SQL Accounting Software (mandatory). Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
