Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Preparation of full set of accounts including monthly management report with analysis report, required schedules, bank reconciliation and inter-company reconciliation. Responsible for handling tax compliance work such as tax estimation, tax filling, tax queries, tax audit and tax payment. Responsible for preparation of audited financial statements, notes to accounts, audit schedules and attend to auditors' queries. Identify, report and resolve accounting related operational issues, discrepancies and abnormal transactions. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, company policies and SOP. Perform financial analysis and review annual budgets and perform analysis in the budgeting and forecasting processes. Ensure compliance with the company's internal control policies and procedures, establish and improve processes for efficiency. Perform data entry, filling and other clerical duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

A Diploma/ Degree/ Professional Certificate in accounting or of relevant disciplines. A minimum of 4-5 years of working experience in a similar role is required for this position. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently in groups. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Willing to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by LRT- Kerinchi Station).

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
