You will not only ensure timely preparation of our payable / receivable function across our entities. You will also help to drive the improvement of accounting best practices in all operating entities.Main responsibilities\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly closing activities\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements for local and group reporting\xe2\x97\x8f Support compliance and audit matters\xe2\x97\x8f Leverage technology to constantly improve productivity and quality of the financial reporting process\xe2\x97\x8f Liaise and work closely with key business stakeholders across various regions and functions to address accounting issues and queries\xe2\x97\x8f Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to timeRequirements:Qualifications & Experience\xe2\x97\x8f Degree in accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (CPA, ACCA)\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 2 years of working experience in external audit or related fields\xe2\x97\x8f Good understanding of IFRS and tax regulations\xe2\x97\x8f Highly proficient in in Microsoft Excel\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with SAP B1You should have / be\xe2\x97\x8f A passion for all things accounting and finance\xe2\x97\x8f A genuine interest in retailing and/or e-commerce\xe2\x97\x8f An ability to think and work strategically and systemically - continuously prioritizing key deliverables\xe2\x97\x8f Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think out of the box with solutions that are scalable, sustainable and cost-efficient\xe2\x97\x8f A self-starter, proactive and hand-on approach\xe2\x97\x8f Strong project management, multitasking and execution abilities\xe2\x97\x8f Strong communication skills to inspire and influence internal stakeholders (HQ or Markets)Benefits:
