Senior Finance Executive

to strengthen the financial operations of the group and ensure effective management of its dynamic business portfolio.

Position: Senior Finance Executive

Location: Mont Kiara

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Handle banking processes including payments, fund transfers, deposits, cheque issuance, online banking transactions, and liaising with banks. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements up to balance sheet level. Review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments to ensure accurate financial reporting. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. Assist with statutory audits, tax filing, and liaising with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies. Prepare management reports, cash flow statements, and variance analysis to support business decisions. Monitor internal controls and recommend process improvements for efficiency and accuracy. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA) is preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience, with

at least 1- years handling accounts up to balance sheet.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax, and regulatory requirements. Experience in banking processes and online banking platforms. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills. High attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
Remuneration:

Basic: up to RM5000

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
