Job Description

Responsibilities 1. Preparation and maintain accurate and timely month end, quarterly and yearly end close processes and reporting. 2. Maintain accurate daily accounting records, cash flow management, analysis and assist to improve on internal controls, policies and procedures. 3. Managing inter-company transactions. 4. Assisting with the preparation of budgeting and forecasting reports & monitoring budget spending in periodical reports. 5. Managing periodical physical inventory count & assets sighting. 6. Overseeing and maintaining assets records & tagging. 7. Liaison with banker, solicitor, auditors, tax consultant and relevant authority for work matters related to audit and income tax. 8. Handle and support head of department/ management on other assignments and ad hoc tasks as and when requested. Qualification: 1. Two years or above working experience in related area will be preferred. 2. Diploma or equivalent in finance or related is required. 3. Good interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to deliver results and resolve problems. 4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office \xe2\x80\x93 Excel, Word, etc. 5. Ability to work independently and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work within strict datelines and reporting timetables. 7. Experience in ERP system is advantage. 8. Affluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
