\xef\xbb\xbfClient Background: MNC company.Industry: ManufacturingLocation: Kulai, JohorHeadcount: 1Position Title: Senior Finance ExecutiveTenure: PermanentRemuneration: Up to RM5,500Job description\xc2\xb7 Perform full set of accounts.\xc2\xb7 Manage the day-to-day financial and accounting operations.\xc2\xb7 Preparation of monthly management reports, statutory reports, and ad hoc reports.\xc2\xb7 Preparation of annual budgets, monitoring actual performance against budget and monitoring corrective action plans.\xc2\xb7 Perform variance analysis on actual results against budget.\xc2\xb7 Monitor cash flow independently and prepare monthly cash flow projection.\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and other regulatory requirements.\xc2\xb7 Prepare annual tax submission, estimation, and other tax related matters.\xc2\xb7 Assist in designing and implementing improvement in controls and establishing.\xc2\xb7 Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.\xc2\xb7 Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.\xc2\xb7 Liaise with company internal/external auditors, tax agents, bankers, secretaries etc. whenever necessary.\xc2\xb7 Review and advise the Management on the potential business risk that may arise from the change in the statutory requirements for cross-border investment, forex risk etc.Job Requirement:\xc2\xb7 The candidate must possess at least a bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance or a Professional Qualification in accounting with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in any Manufacturing industry.\xc2\xb7 Fluent in English and Malay.\xc2\xb7 Required skill(s): MUST have at least 5 years\' working experience in Full Set Account.\xc2\xb7 A team-player who is resourceful and able to work with minimum guidance.\xc2\xb7 Willing to work over-time when there is target/ timeline to meet.\xc2\xb7 Target-oriented and organized with interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.\xc2\xb7 Willing to work in Kulai, Johor.\xc2\xb7 Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.Sub Specialization : Finance;Accountant;Costing
